Reported problem: sent $22 in bitcoin 2 weeks ago for accounts. seller is saying he didn’t receive but it says completed in my app, on block chain & his wallet history shows he received + transferred it.
Outcome of dispute: Seller received payment btc. Confirmed via blockchain. Seller continued to pretend they never go it. Seller was banned.
