Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I purchased this account from him and he seemed like a really good guy. Very helpful and transaction went quite well. I got an email April 8th stating that the account had 710.00 of previous store purchased being disputed and they were perma banning the account because of this. they also stated in the email that the previous owner had been pinpointed as a known account seller and suggested I stop payment to the person I purchased it from. I will post a screen shot of this email from Enmasse.
Other details / notes: Seller claims it's all my fault, will not refund me. I lost dispute with paypal as you seldom ever win those things.

This is the email the Gm sent to me via Enmasse. The account was banned due to his attempted reversal of funds paid to them for store purchases. This cause the GM to Perma ban the account and also look into the history. They also put an IP ban on my address so I cannot access the game any longer.

Here is his admission he disputed the charges and he tried to claim he called to stop the reversals after I told him I was perma banned but as you can see from the image before he simply lost his case with paypal. The damage was already done and the account perma banned. He had to know by doing this the account would get banned.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? He has positive feedback, was from Canada etc. Felt he was a good guy thought I would have a trouble free transaction.

I have asked him to refund the money and stated I would remove negative feedback and not open a dispute here on Epic or send information to the RCMP. He told me that it's my fault the account was banned and takes no responsibility. He is not going to refund me my money so I am looking for a ruling here asking him to refund me or have him banned from trading here anymore. Due to his actions my IP is blocked from being able to access Tera Servers and I can no longer play the game.
