One star feedback even though I was the one who was refunded

Used trade guardian escrow to pay for transaction #128864. Seller sold me an account that could not be secured since he lost access to the original email. TradeGuardian ruled in my favour and refunded me. Seller blamed me for not letting him know an unsecured account should not have been sold, when it is clearly laid out on the website and also is his responsibility to check his product. He resorted to petty insults such as "are you dumb" and "take your meds".

Feedback from venusalienangel: "terrible and untrustworthy buyer". This should be invalid as I was not the one who went against the terms of TradeGuardian and EpicNPC ruled for a refund in my favour as well. I would like to have this feedback removed as I was the one who was sold an unsecured account and was refunded. Not to mention he was the one who resorted to insults rather than a calm discussion.

Proof that EpicNPC found an issue with securing the account:

Also some screenshots of the ticket he opened to Riot BEFORE he sold it to me:

So it is clear he was unable to change the account details via Riot support himself. And this is the ticket I myself opened after purchasing the account from him:

Given he did not have important details such as account creation location, birthday, and was unable to change the email/password I'm not sure how he expected me to. Giving IP addresses would also have further locked the account as Riot would have detected a login from a completely different location and found that to be suspicious.

To be clear, I can login to submit a ticket to Riot support but I cannot access the account management page to change account login details. To do so I have to click on the settings button:

It then asks me for a code (screenshot provided in a later reply in this thread) which I cannot obtain since he does not have access to the original email associated with the account.

His explanation for not having a secure account:

What happens when I try to click on the "settings" button to change the account details:

This is the "tee" account that he mentioned but seeing as he cannot access that email I cannot obtain this code. Therefore I cannot login in fully to change the login/password/email details Although he says no 2FA is setup on the account, this is effectively the same thing which locks me out of securing the account, and hence this is an account that does not comply with EpicNPCs terms for sale.

Here he is saying that I neglected to inform him that accounts on sale have to be secured:

When it is clearly stated on the EpicNPC website itself:

It should not be the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product sold is even allowed to be sold on this website - that is why TradeGuardian exists in the case of an unsecure/untrustworthy product. My assumption was that the account details could be changed without the code, but the seller knew it was not able to be changed hence why I was given a refund in the first place.

The seller attempted to sell an account that could not be secured. They had no access to the email account and so the password and email could not be changed.

Since the account cannot be re-secured by the buyer, the transaction was cancelled and payment refunded. These types of accounts are prohibited and cannot be listed for sale on EpicNPC.

Since the seller was at fault, a neg feedback for the buyer is not allowed.
