Was Trade Guardian used? If so, what is the TG ID#
What is the dispute about?
I saw an offer of his and contacted him asking for more details.
https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1298741-MR-23-Almost-maxed
Later, I told him that i wasn't interested anymore when he told
me that he has an excalibur prime account which i would be interested in.
We agreed on a price and he asked me to wait 2 days so he can collect details.
Today, he sent me a picture of the account and i gave him a friendly warning
not to scam me in anyways for which he replied "even if i scam you, you can't
do anything about it". I grew suspicious of him and did a quick google search
of the picture he sent me and it turned out to be a picture of an offer from
2 years ago and the original post is,
https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/915148-Master-Founder-Account-MR-15-(Lots-of-Stuff)
and as you can see its from a different person, most possibly the owner.
I inquired him about when the picture was taken and he told me that it
was personaly taken by him 2 weeks ago before he uninstalled the game.
He reassured me about this when i repeated the questions again.
I asked him to send me pictures of the support tickets from inbetween
2015-2017 and he did send me but it was hard to tell since he changed email
multiple times (on the original offer the owner changed email and steam 2 years
ago). I'm assuming those support picutres are from a different account he owns.
So as a last straw, I asked him if he would be comfortable with doing the deal
through a reputable middleman and he refused accusing middleman of scamming and
stealing accounts, which is absurd as they are the most trustworthy. At this point,
I'm fairly certain that he doesn't own this account and tried to scam me through
Friends and family. I kindly request epicnpc to conduct investigation on him,
and ask him to privately send you couple screenshots of his character
wearing excal prime helm and skana prime weapon in different positions/ places
of your liking. The other way would be to get a middleman to check if he is
saying the truth. I'm doing this so he doesn't scam others in the future!
Other details / notes:
Please let me know, as i can provide couple examples/samples of what places he could take the pictures from.

link where I investigated when he took the pictures and he confirmed me that he personally took them 2 weeks ago (they were taken 2 years ago by someone else), I asked him again and he replied "Yes":

in the above link, you can also notice that he struggles to remember what founder status this account even is (probably checked the original offer to reassure the status...)
link where he denies to use middleman and refuse to prove that he does own this account, he also accuses reputed middlemen of stealing accounts:

Account Recalls
######################
Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he is the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
(you can use the HIDE tag so the images are not publicly available to everyone)
