Ollarino a stupid kid/scammer

So I sold this guy my gnome mage, then bought my UD lock later that day. After 2 days paypal sends me an email saying your account is negative 500$. so I logged in and checked and saw that his transaction was reversed.

I called paypal and they said "the buyer that sent you the 500$ transaction used fradulant funds, some of them are known to cancel creadit cards or close bank accounts before the money is cleared"

So I sent him an email and he never replied. I added him to my aim again and he came online just about 10min ago, here is the convo:

mikemm066: you remember you bought the mage from me?
Ollarino: name of account?
mikemm066: [removed]
mikemm066: gnome mage, [removed] server
Ollarino: yes , some idiot deleted it
Ollarino: i gave him user and pass and he logged and deleted the char
mikemm066: I am here to talk to you about the funds you sent me
mikemm066: did you dispute it with ur CC or bank or whatnot
mikemm066: cuz I used that money to buy another account, and now paypal is telling me that your sent me fradulant funds and am in negative 500$

no they said if you can't get the money from the buyer, it will stay in negative. so I guess am gonna close my bank account and make a new one. with a new paypal.
