Other information: Disappeared after the payment. And seems to had an issues with someone who added a feedback on him after my payment was made, same issue he disappeared. He never accepted my discord invite

What is the dispute about? Bought from him Octopath Traveler account. He barelly replied after receiving my payment and gone since with no answer
