He gave me a negative feedback because a guy got scamled by him, I replied by saying that NWItels is indeed a scammer and that I also had contact with him and that he was acting very suspiciously.
Please remove this and ban this guy because the guy that got scammed by him has proof.
Oh and btw I never traded/bought/sold anything to him.
