Not getting feedbacks on my posts need help

So since last 2 months I am not getting any feedbacks from few of my buyers. At first I thought they might be doing it wrong and thought nothing of it as I didn't want to bug them for that. But last month of so I tried contacting support and they said something that I don't remember but after even doing that it wasn't fixed. Now 2 days back I had a talk with one of the site moderator and I told him about my issue he told me it might be bot issue I don't have much idea what is or how it's triggered but if the name suggests something then it should mean that bots are doing my feedback but I can provide u all the proof that all that dropped me feedbacks are real people and I did transactions with them. I can provide ss of payment and gifting or recharging all that. But I am bit sceptical about sharing the SS in public or I request a admin or some head mod to help me out I am ready to give all the proof of purchase if needed

If you're not using Trade Guardian MM or escrow, feedback is exchanged manually. If you're not receiving feedback it's because the other person is not submitting it.

They sent me screenshots about the submission of their feedbacks. But it never was shown on the post

You can use the staff tag to hide the image. It's the eye with the slash in the toolbar on the right side.

You have to "insert" the images into the post and place them inside the staff tag.

If you just upload them and leave them as normal attachments, they are not private.
