What is the dispute about?
We discussed the plans about the account. He said he would need to convert my 850 usd into yuan and that it would take 2 days. He said it would be ddone by the 21st. He has not responded since the 20th. I have told him I needed to chargeback the money to get rid of a negative balance in which I would cancel by Friday due to my paycheck
I have also proof of him agreeing this is okay
But at this point I'm not canceling the chargeback cause he hasn't even delivered the account yet
So either he posts a screenshot showing he's resolved the case of the chargeback thru paypal by refund, or he can actually deliver it.
I was going to give him 24 hours to respond before i post this, but ive already given him 6 days total, on top of that he was on epicnpc browsing azur lane the past 2 days and didnt bother responding on discord. So im tired of waiting.
Edit-just saw him on discord at 5:39 pm did not respond
