I cannot recommend this service enough. She was patient, hardworking and extremely good at what she does. She worked tirelessly to secure my FC and I a house, logging on sometimes 8-10 hours a day. It took almost two weeks for her to find a plot on such a congested server that I was in (Aether - Siren) and the whole time she was fighting against multiple bots and members of other FC's. The amount of time she has saved me and my FC by extension is more than worth it for what she charges and how hard she works. I think that she is the best person to go for if you are searching for a house in FFXIV, hands down.

Ok so... Let me tell you a story about kokorolove and how amazing she is!

I have been trying for a house for about 2-3 months and tried a different methods and ways around to get a house on a relatively populated node (Aether). Reached out to Koko and she told me "I have a few folks ahead of you but let me get back to you." and honestly I just assumed "Welp I'll never hear from them again" a few days goes by and Koko gives me an update, another few days and she says "You are next in line just need to finish the last few." and this amazed me so much with how much communication (without even payment at this point going to her).

Well I was not home when her scheduled freed up but she was very accommodating and got my information and went to town to get a house. Honestly I expected 3 weeks minimum, she even stated this upfront that this shard was going to be tough, and within 24 hours I get a messaged "Well here is a gift for your rough day for you! Hope it makes it a little better!" and BAM a house...

Never in my entire life would I have imagined how easy she made this look and how simple the process was.

Like the earlier reviews attest, she works really hard to get a plot — she even stayed up through the night to try get a plot despite the immense competition and a few setbacks.

Camped out on Leviathan for many hours everyday for multiple weeks to snag me a small house. Now in the process of relocating me to Shirogane. Regular updates with login/logout times. Absolutely no issues with the service, and very pleased to have a house now!

 

Not sure how she managed it, but I can confirm after losing 10 houses in a row on my own, I hired her and she got me a house a day later. Not sure how she can click so fast for so long but she nailed me a prime spot in Limsa and it’s beautiful. Would recommend her to anyone looking to get a small plot fast. Kokorolove is just amazing, and they are extremely good at what they do. To get right to it, they got me a small house in less than 1 day, on mist of all places.

I just got back into the game, with the goal of getting a house as the first goal. Well I see one small plot open, go to it and it has like 30 people around it trying to buy it. It is just nearly impossible without selecting the placecard non-stop, and with real life responsibilities, I don't have that much time to do that.

So I looked up for services and came across Kokorolove's thread. I read the reviews and the price was so good (I honestly feel they could easily charge more) I decided to go with them.

Within 2 minutes of messaging them, and letting them know that currently two plots were open, she (I believe she is a she, apologies if I am mistaken) contacted me, got my info and started to work on the plot immediately. First one failed but the second one she succeed. Nothing else happened to my account, everything was as it was, with the exception of a new home =) And throughout the entire short process, she updates you on things, letting you know what she is working on and be on.
