No exchange nothing was purchased

Wanted to purchase, paypal wouldn't work so couldn't purchase. Both gave bad feedback but his was removed mine wasn't even though nothing was purchased so feedback shouldn't be allowed anyway.

  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
• Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
• Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

In his feedback he said he told me to contact support he didn't he just told me to let him know when it works which I had tested it on something else and it did work it just wasnt working when trying to purchase from him / https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/582863/view , he says in revenge to this I gave feedback but I was just responding to what he was saying on discord and telling him not to be rude in his mannerism. Then he proceeded to give me feedback on my page and then me to him but his was removed and mine wasn't even though nothing was purchased so both feedbacks aren't even allowed.
