The buyer purchased on Feb 28. We replied the same day requesting the Gmail details needed for account binding. The buyer did not respond with the required information for nearly 3 days, which delayed the process. Later, the buyer said he would request a refund if the binding was not completed within 3 hours. Since we were unsure if the process could be completed within that time, we decided to cancel the order and issue a refund.
