What is the dispute about? User attempted to scam me
Other details / notes: I asked user to show proof that he is logged into the account, showed some sketchy screenshot of a screenshot that didn't show much, then logged into an account on pc and went to the page of the steam profile, and when i asked him to go to his profile and press inventory he left screenshare call and blocked me. all info here

Chat Log Screenshots (make sure username is visible, not display username): Payment Screenshots (make sure the accused email is visible): did not pay him, blocked me before i could pay (although i wouldnt because he didnt have necessary proof.) but his paypal email is [email protected]
