I lost the old Authenticator, how do I make another one?

when you activate the mobile authenticator it gives you a key to save just incase you lose the mobile authenticator app.

from prior experience it can be a hassle to remove the mobile authenticator from an account that lost their key.

Admin I hope you guys could remove phone authenticator for me so I could create a new one, once my IP address resets, i will forever be unable to access epicnpc again and might be forced to create a new account .. goodnight
