New MD Member looking for advice !

Alright, so I've been scammed once before; the guy sent money first, I had a bank transfer queued, then I woke up and saw a dispute. I ended up getting my account back, however I still owe Paypal ~$130.

Since then I've been VERY careful about using Paypal. And honestly, I don't think I will ever again after reading some stuff on the forums here.

When I sell my account, I wanna be 100% safe, and I understand the only way to do this is with Google checkout, WU, etc.
But the problem is that I'm new. Who's gonna trust someone with 0 rep?
What do you guys suggest I do?

Or simply sell to one of the Professional (blue names).

There are us non-TWV/Professional sellers that are legit too Ace.

I suggest you stop talking [censored], and get a life? I'm just tryinna make some money, I'm not here to get accused of anything.
And anybody can go right ahead and do a check, you'll see I have nothing to do with this "Brooski" person.

I'm totally low on cash right now, so I can't do anything about not being TWV right now. Does being Paypal verified help at all?

Its not displayed on this site, unless you choose to put a logo in avatar/sig, and in general everyone should be PP Verified in the first place. Only sell to PP Verified users basically.

I'm also in a similar situation as you, I had some cash recalled awhile back after I spent it, and so now I am $170 in debt with paypal, and they keep bugging me with this Pinnacle Financial collections group. Annoying thing was, I had no cash to give, but I finally put in $30 to reduce some of the debt, and they called me and told me they don't want $30 they want the whole thing now, but they get what they get lol

They haven't bothered me once, and it's almost been two months.
Funny 'cause I have a bank account attached to my account, and it's verified..
Maybe they don't go after Canadians?
