Apparently I was using a similar IP address as someone who scammed in the past so for safety reasons they terminated my account.
Going to call my internet provider and will ask them to change my IP address...
And will also try and contact the epicnpc support.

Approximately how many trades have you done on EpicNPC ? It was my first, so to show I'm a trustworthy person I went first and gave him the account info before receiving paiement. He then logged in and sent me the money when he saw everything was as described.
