Negative Rep

hi,

I am just curious on why it's allowed to give people negative reputation without any evidence or proof of action.
I have recieved 2 negative reputation from 1 banned account and 1 new account. The first negative came from a guy who added me and wanted to buy csgo keys but sent an invoice payment and I said that won't work. He got really mad and threatned my mothers life and -rep scam on EpicNPC, he's banned now though on Epicnpc. Why can't I get those negative away?

I am in the right section.

The fact that you can Negative rep someone without even having to request the trade or anything is so retarded.
Cba even doing anything. I can just go ahead and negative rep people without issues, that's cool.

You have the liberty to offer negative feedback, but at the same time you must be prepared to motivate it once a dispute against you is open, that's how it goes.
All you have to do when you receive negative feedback is open a dispute, admins will then ask the person who gave you feedback to motivate it, if he can't, the feedback will be removed and possible sanctions be given. It always helps to give a more detailed description, such as the name of users who gave you negative feedback and other details.
