Negative rep given after account was "Recalled"

After selling my league account " https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1127035-Platnium-3-las-account-41-champs-good-runes-Cheap " About 2 or 3 months later buyer contacted me showing me it was banned claiming it was recalled without any real proof but it was banned, I attempted to recover the account without any luck . After the buyer gave me negative rep i offered to refund him full price instead 25 usd

Our lol dispute rules state a refund must be given for the value of original purchase. You will get no proof of recall from riot
