How are you dear Admin?
English is my second language so i did not know that i can dispute with my negative feedback, and today that one of my good friend tells me that i can do this. I wanna you help me removing the negative feedback thanks.

The negative feedback is left by jenkinstore.com and the case is i did some challenge mode gold runs for him before, and for the last one we had a bit internet problem it took 3 days and we just did 4 golds, I did not even charge him any money about the 4 golds. And he left me a nagative feedback saying i am scammer. So please help me solve this negative feedback.

Why do you feel the negative is invalid? He had a negative experience with you since you did not complete the third cm gold. And i do not understand why he didnt pay for the third?

Yeah it has been a long time, as i said I dont know it can do dispute for feedback things till one of my friend told me can do this. I did not charge him any money for the third challenge mode gold run, how can he say i scammed him? and i am not sure why he got a negative feedback from the buyer , dont know if he return the money to the buyer as well because it just did 4 golds

I changed the title from 'scammers' to 'incomplete order' since I don't think the title was accurate.

You have to show proof of your claim. Please post screenshots of the chat logs you had with him about the 3rd and 4th runs.

Thanks for the help. It has been a bit long and he deleted my skype so i cant find any printscreen of our chat. We did 4 golds for him and he did not pay any money to us. If cant remove the feedback is fine, any ways thanks for changing the title, i am really not scamming him, I explained why it took longer time to finish the third cm runs, it's because the internet problem the vpn link is very slow. And the first 2 cm runs finished in 3-4 hours once we begun that.
