Negative feedback when its not my fault

Hello. i recently got a negative rating from a guy i sold an account 2 weeks ago. this is his profile: https://www.epicnpc.com/itrader.php?u=351913 .i posted the account almost 1 month ago: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1006413-Nova1-900h-328-wins-Smurf-Acc. and he bought it on sept 1. this is the payment receipt:

now he came 4 days ago saying that he got vac and its my fault. tell me if that have any sense.
i've been selling accounts since 2015, and all my feedbacks has been positive. i had take responsability when the account has been retrieved or something else, but i've sold accounts and the next day got vac'd. you know many people buy account just for cheat, and thats something i dont care, i just sell accounts. but is not fair that one of them cheats and says that its my fault. you can see how many accounts i've sold you think i would destroy my reputation posting an account where i cheated on? cmon.


I would like to ask if you can remove that feedback. i had perfect 100% until this.

Here are the screenshots of the scores and times for them all. Also coming from a DMG to GN1 is considerably easier and I also added prime matchmaking to the account im pretty sure and bought this account to switch over $700 in csgo skins onto so thank god I never put them on it (15 day trade hold for activating steam mobile guard after not being activated for 7 days) but instead i bought my personal friends account, I can prove this all to. My friend (sells accounts on the accounts thread) gave me a tip about buying accounts off of epicnpc because people will hack on accounts and sell them then they get vac'd and so he told me not to put my skins onto it.

I also asked him in skype chat if i could get the email and password for cevo/faceit since it was already signed up onto another but the seller on skype had told me had to ask the previous owner because he never knew they were signed up to cevo/faceit but obviously i got no reply lol.

i've been selling accounts since 2015, your friends can say anything about epicnpc, but like me, there are a lot of trusted sellers. never in my life i would destroy my reputation just for posting an account where i or anyone cheated on. every single account i get are from trusted guys. i always tell the buyers to do not put items on accounts they buy, and not for bans precisely, just for safety if account is retrieved, in that case i always take responsibility and give back the money (thanksfully that have never happened). i even did boosting service for a while until i couldnt play anymore. im not a new guy here.

VAC bans are random, they're usually delayed by weeks so we're not going to be able to tell who cheated based on this.

However biggucci you said you bought this account to transfer skins to, but you never did, why not? You had the account for over 6 weeks which is much longer that the 21 day you said you were inactive for and had to wait for the trade hold.

biggucci I'm not sure why you played 4 games when you said you planned to use it for trading only. You could have easily tested a cheat, then got worried, which is why you never put the skins on the account after 6 weeks.

Based on Juanfranm's reputation and the unusual activity by biggucci, it seems more likely to me that biggucci caused the ban, so instead of a 50-50 refund, we'll do 1/3.

Negative feedback can be removed for a 33% refund, which is $15.

The account got VAC in the ban wave, so it doesnt matter what score he had, it wasn't detected by overwatch but Valve system. but i dont want to keep this up.

I clearly said i never got to switch the skins over because of the trade hold for adding mobile authentication and so I got vac banned before the 15 days ended, that is why i never switched the skins and i only found out about the vac ban on it a day or two after the vac wave hit. I want a full refund for this and will fight for it and prove what I can prove. Thanks.

I planned to use this account as a MAIN account for league services and trading, did you read my reply? I stated that i asked him on skype for account login info for cevo/faceit.

dude im going to be honest with you, you can't prove anything and neither i, i wont give you a full refund when you cant prove anything. i know my accounts, know the people where i get them from.
When you add a mobile auth you just need to wait 7 days, no 15 days. unless you send the trade offer without auth.

i didn't even want to accept a $15 refund, because i know im legit, but as you, i can't prove anything too.

As the admin said, i will accept the $15 refund. no more. you choose whether take it or not.

I paid $60CAD=$40USD for an account that I was going to make my new main that WOULD HAVE lost over $700 in skins. It's the fact that you could have made me lose my money. What can I prove and how? I would like to know as to why I'm not getting a full refund when this seems a little unorthodox the way you resolve disputes..

and the reasoning behind me not putting the skins on the account after 6 weeks is because i bought my IRL friends steam account because he was selling that and i can trust him, so obviously you'd rather move hundreds of dollars in skins onto a completely hack free account right? especially when a well known account seller (callmehlucas) tells me not to move the skins onto it because its a common thing done on websites like this.

I played on the account for one night and never played again because i was on my other account that had all my skins on it so obviously im not gonna use the new account i bought because we couldnt trade and it didnt have my skins on it.

I had no use for the account that got vac'd cause i felt safer buying my friends account because of the tip i got so i was just gonna leave it and keep as an extra or try selling it again but once i saw it got vac banned i immediately went back to epicnpc and gave the feedback.
