Negative Feedback to ruin my sales account

Ok...to my shock somebody added me a negative feedback stating that i use an alternate account and don't use tradeguardian to scam people ....

somebody made an account with a name like mine and apparently scams people .... https://www.epicnpc.com/members/miichaeix.1747829/

i have many listings here available and sold many accounts... why would i scam 30$ ?

i will never refuse a trade guardian request or a middleman one ... i even trade guardian low amounts ( 25$ ) if you look to my feedback page ... i never talked to this person on epic npc or discord and never done a trade with him .... that epic npc account is not mine if you can look to it mister admin ...looks like maybe it was created specially to create an motive of a false feedback ? ...can my feedback be removed ?
