Negative feedback remove request.

I request the removal of the negative feedback posted against my EpicNPC account.

He must have created their account just to leave me negative feedback, as he have no other activity on EpicNPC. I strongly believe this feedback is malicious. I am certain that this account was opened solely to leave me a bad review. Furthermore, I believe that negative feedback should not be considered valid without providing any proof.

I purchased the account via Instagram under the name Mazdi.
Proof and the receipt are provided below.
Since Instagram was closed, I no longer have the message history, but the account details and receipt are in his name, so this cannot be denied.
I have been playing on the account since the date I purchased it.
On March 14, the account was permanently closed. I contacted support, but they stated that they do not respond to emails regarding this matter.
Most likely, the previous owner attempted to recover the account, and since the attempt failed, my account was permanently banned.
