Negative feedback removal for my account

Hi,

A user has falsely accused me of attempting to scam him with no proof other than some random screenshot which portrays an individual claiming to be me/have ownership to this account.
He then posted in my thread and left a negative feedback score on my profile.

Is there a way to remove this?
