I received negative feedback from terencewen after we completed our transaction. He received the gold and then filed a chargeback and claimed he never received it. He did not win the dispute after I provided paypal with all of the details in regards with the transaction.

Paypals decision is irrelevant. Please screenshots of the chat logs where you were communicating with the buyer and provided the information to meet online as well as where he sends you the payment.
