Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: Where should i start?Really, i don't even know from where to start, i was waiting for him to make this move, in fact i am really excited now that he finally did it.
He was interested in my service, agreed to buy 2 rep levels from me 0rep level 16 > 2rep level 16, i told him that my booster will get this order, he agreed. During boosting he was insisting to tell my booster to hurry, asking about progress, also telling me to tell him asap when my booster will finish the order(here is when i started to think something strange is going on). During boosting he was replaying back to me in few minutes and when order was done he didn't reply for around 6-7h which seemed strange for me because i was usually talking to him at around that time of the day, also i had a talk with him during boosting when he insited to let him know asap when is done.
During boosting he once asked about progress and i was waiting for reply from my booster with progress and in this time (around 5minutes since he asked about progress) someone logged into account (in my thread i mention "do not login into account during powerlevel", reason is obvious, if someone else is logging in and disconnecting the currently logged in user on same account will look suspicious, even more when is from different location). I asked customer if he logged in and he said no, then he said he did(he claimed he restarted pc or something and uplay automatically started).(this looked suspicious to me, i tought about he maybe bought my boosting not for him, but for someone else and this is why he was insisting about finishing it asap even if we already agreed both on a time frame which i've been able to fulfill)
When my booster finished i messaged the customer that order is done and i sent a screenshot too to prove it.
He messaged me 6-7h later after i told him order is done with the following message: "Refund me now"
Here is when i googled his skype id (i know, dumb me after so many years not searching before order but past week i was very busy) and i found out he was banned, i also read why.
He texted me a copy-paste message with his email from uplay on it which was a warning for For Honor about AFK Farming. I told him to send me a screenshot uploaded on imgur with the email from For Honor support not just a copy-paste message that every 3 years old can edit.(in this time i asked my booster if he was boosting by staying afk and he said no, "the only time when might look like i am afk is when i stay in A or C zone for defending it; in this game you need to control zone, capture from enemies and defend zones" and i told customers that my booster didn't bossted by being afk)
I once more told him he shouldn't have logged in during boosting and he said he said "i did not login" then after i remembered him he mentioned again the automatically login of uplay account
He said "one second" when i asked for screenshot, after 14 minutes(we were still chatting in this time) he said "can't upload it on my phone"
At this point i was ofc waiting for some solid proof, is not like i am going to refund someone just because he says so without providing proof.
He messaged me 13h later with a image(image send over skype as a file, not upload) and i once remembered him i want it uploaded on imgur(or any site) and told him he could have done it one day before.
He said he is going to create a dispute because he doesn't want to argue with me. "I said please do so"
He then sent me the imgur link with that image. This is where it gets interesting, he does have hotmail account for game but the email from For Honor he showed me is into a mail.com account. And this is not all, you wouldn't believe he is actually this dumb(sorry to say it but you will see why). The mail is received on this mail.com account from "Adam Burks" (not from "forhonorsupport" "ubisoft support" or something like that). Sorry if i didn't made it clear, he sent the copy-pasted message from one of his emails to another one to make it looking he received that email from support.
After his message i told him to open a dispute and told him i will not message him anymore because i want to solve this on the dispute as he already claimed he want to.
He said my behaviour is childish.
This email he showed me was not for a ban, was for a warning is a new game and if people will report you even if is a false report you get a warning. "The first time someone is detected doing AFK Farming, they will get a warning. Repeated offences will result in temporary or permanent suspension, depending on the severity of the violation."
He is claiming i banned his account yet he didn't showed a single valid proof about the ban.
