Hey would it be possible for my one negative feedback to be removed? It was from an old markeedragon user who scammed me of my WoW account and he never got caught. The negative feedback I left him came with a link to the scammer thread but it got deleted since it was on markeedragon.

Yes, all the old MD threads are still here, so you should be able to find it. However if it was proven that he was a scammer, the're account would have been banned, which it is not and Im not going to reinvestigate a dispute a year and half old.
