Gbs bought gold from me,and his account got hacked ,then he said we hacked his account and left me negative ,please remove it

I read the feedback and I don't see how its even slightly possible for someone who delivered gold to have enough information to hack the account. Seems like a coincidence to me.

GBS has been notified so he has a chance to respond.

Feedback will be removed in 48 hrs if there is no response.

I have never had an issue with an account hack. I don't know the ins and outs of hackers, but I do know that after gold delivery, my account was hacked, a level 1 toon was created, items destroyed, gold disappeared. It was odd behavior that the gold delivery gents asked me to wait (around 5 minutes) when I arrived at their location. There were 2. I had the account restored, then again last night, gold gone, equipment gone, some pcgjkejrw named character created. I don't know if they're able to do this from in-game or not, nor do I care to know. My dealings with Joeuni have always been via AIM, even back to MD days. Until the gold was delivered, my account and computer system were safe. I'm running malwarebytes now and have re-secured the account. I have placed another restoration request, though, I don't think they'll be so nice this time.

I don't believe its possible to do what you are suggesting happened. The only info these gold delivery guys knew, was your accounts character's name. If they could hack accounts just by that info, they would hack everyones account.

I'm not sure what happened to your account, but I don't think it had anything to do with the gold delivery so I am removing the feedback.
