Other information: I made a thread on the scammers section. After paypal held the payback from me, I believe it was a chargeback. Worked with the buyer to resolve this and after a week I received my money. We fixed the negative rating I gave him but my negative rating is still showing.

Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: If you view my thread on the scammers forum, I provided proof of the money being held by paypal after he paid me. This is due to a issue with his paypal account, completely between him and paypal. Eventually he sorted it out and I ended up getting my money. His itrade rating was fixed (took off my negative feedback) and he has left me a negative feedback under the reasoning of "false feedback". My negative feedback to him at the time of the chargeback was 100% warranted. He seemed to have issued this negative feedback after we had the whole situation resolved, which I find strange. I worked with him 100% to get this done and I have even asked the mods to cancel the scammer thread as he resolved the issue with me. I don't know why he decided to neg my itrader score now after everything was solved, but I would like this to be removed as I clearly was the potential victim in this case.
