Negative feedback from an unknown brand new account

Today I woke up to an email from EpicNPC where it said I've been PM'd by an unknown person with a brand new account who is threatening to report me. They also left negative feedback.

I'll attach the screenshot of our conversation. What this person fails to realize is that I haven't done any deals in over two years, nor have I ever used Discord to do so. My only guess would be that they're trying to scam.

Update: after talking to this person it became apparent that someone was using my name on Discord and unfortunately ended up scamming the person in question. They didn't ask for any proof that it was me (a DM on this website would've been sufficient).

I advised them to report this scam on this website, hopefully they'll do so. They are currently trying to get the account back via Blizzard CS, although I don't think they can manually remove the negative feedback themselves.
