I would like to challenge the negative feedback on the account given by the seller. Buyers should not get retaliated against for opening a dispute against a seller. Payment was made timely and no chargebacks have occurred.
I have taken every reasonable measure to work this out with the seller privately.
I have submitted a dispute with epicnpc in a calm reasonable manner to address my concerns.
I have not submitted any chargebacks on the purchase.
I have not even given the seller negative feedback despite all the above measures being brought up.
