Hi, i want to dispute feedback from @Tenrai https://www.epicnpc.com/members/tenrai.258448/
Tenrai ordered 50 unranked wins in Dota 2, cavern crawl, for 50$ total. After booster did 13 wins, Tenrai said that he dont like that booster got 7 reports, and asked me to refund remaing 37$. I refunded full $ 50 of my own free will to compensate for his disappointment. So he got service valued 13$ for free as compensation for 7 reports. He said "thank you" and i thought case is closed, but 24 hours later he give me negative feedback. I wanted to contact him and find solution, but he deleted me from discord.
Tenrai complains that the booster received 7 reports and "almost got me banned". Account wasnt banned. Acccount didnt get ban warning. Account didnt get low priority queue. To get ban-warning behavior score need to be dropped to 2000-3000 points. Only what happened is behavior score dropped from 10.000 to 9187. Account is far far away from any problems. I can rise behavior back to 10.000 for free, or do another compensation, just add me back in discord.
