The account I sold is epic seven and indeed was unlinked account (no linked email). I also have recorded video in full of stove was logged out and full chat when I bought from others.

Suspend that he sold acc and messed up something. Can admin please take a look?

Account was retrieved by whoever he bought the account off from. I have opened up a dispute for this with stove but I do not have necessary information to recover account. In this case, my feedback is valid because you sold me an account that was hacked back.

I have sold acc to you then you linked which mean you have full ownership.

1. Level (you don't login into game?)
2. Server (you don't login into game?)
Those 2 above if you don't know it was seems skechy.
3. Membership number: this one is unique and its on the account management
4. Email you used linked with account (Don't you linked with your email?)

Most info you have it. I also believe you stated you have receipt of the account since you top up some. (can't provide?)

Unless you done something on the account since there is no record (account unlinked) which no one know since there is not shown any history log. since the lastest device logged in was your device. I am not sure who should you ask info for.

Try to contact support see what they says.

Accounts are easy to recover if you are the original owner because you are able to provide more information.

Ok wait for support reply, provide them the info they needed and see what they says since you last logged in into it.

I believe Smilegate support the most so you should contact them for a solution. Not you.
