Negative feedback dispute

Hi I just got a message from an admin about negative feedback I received. I'm not sure exactly how it should go, but I ended up with an issue during a transaction with a person who put negative feedback on me as a way to pressure me into falling for a scam. If I can receive information regarding handling this situation it would be great. Thank you

He claimed that account I was getting was maxed out with everything perfect. That was a lie. It wasn't at all.

There's the conversation between us. He said that I had lied about specific details and I had tried to explain to him several times that he had misunderstood what I had told him. There was one detail that I got wrong about the account, and he harped on that, then started making up lies about the account, bullying me,so I told him I wouldn't trade him back. He continued to harass me for hours until I finally offered to trade back under the conditions he removed the negative feedback and send my account back first. From there he admits he made a mistake, it was a misunderstanding and that he was contacting an admin. So he went to send my account back and he was sending codes and changing them, trying to get me to send his first. Come to find out he had done the same thing with the middle man we used. He had been trying to scam me the entire time.

The cooldown was in fact, the exact opposite. It was 0. He also claimed that the SW units were max cooldowns. This was also a lie. They had very little cooldowns to be exact. I also did no such idea of scamming. I wanted my real account back, that i worked hard on. And yes, I was trying to have him send first. Why would i trust a liar? Everything I told was infact true. This should be more than enough to prove that he is a scammer. He claims he made a "mistake" yet, I never made one. I never lied. You cant make a mistake in a trade of this caliber.

These are the only messages where you discuss cooldowns in the chat.

How are the cooldowns on the legends?
They aren't the best. 3 4 across the board basically.

What's the cooldowns on raid dodgy/mihawk, and on GP/SW usopp (if u have).
It's SW usopp and he's max skill and Franky max skill. I have every original SW unit. Raid doffy is at 7, hawk is max skill boa is at 5, pica 4 sabo almost maxed, shiki is none enel is maxed.

In the top message he says the cooldowns "aren't the best", then in the 2nd message the only character he said was maxed was enel, which appears to only be one of the SW units. Where does he say "all SW unit cooldowns are maxed" ? I don't see him ever saying that.

In the final picture, he says all SW units have maxed cooldown. And also, in the 2nd or 3rd picture, I ask if zephyr maxed, and he says yes. Where he is saying the cooldowns arent the best are for legends, which i was fine with. SW FRanky did NOT have max cooldown. And also, im not trying to get him banned. I just want his and my rep fixed. If we can just chop this up to a mistake on both partys, thats fine with me. Idk what he wants tho.

all SW units are maxed skill, and most raid bosses have max skils

Are skills the same as cooldown? Im not familiar with the game, to me they sound like different things.

Here he says Zephyr has max skill, again not cooldown, so I don't know if that's the same thing.

Yes. Skills and cooldowns are the exact same thing. For example, a 0 cooldown is bad. But a 14 is good.

ThePikahuna the chat images clearly show you stated the SW units were all maxed out. If the account you gave to Nova03 is not maxed and he wants to trade back, please do that.

The negative feedback will remain until Nova03 states he has received his account back. If ThePikahuna refuses to undo the trade, a ban will be issued instead.

The skills on the SW units were maxed skill as in the cool downs for the skills were complete. In the conversation I clearly state that SW Franky and SW usopp were max skill which is true, and that they had sockets which was also true. In the conversation I admitted that I made a mistake on the cool downs for zephyr but his other accusations were a lie. After hours of him bullying me, which apparently has gone unnoticed here, considering I wrote a claim against him for that and that's been unaddressed, I offered to trade him back and he sent me two codes that didn't work back to back. I still have the offer on the table for him to trade back like I said, so if he wants I can because I still have the account.

Nova03, please show proof what is not maxed out on he account. You're claiming all the SW units are not maxed and ThePikahuna is saying only the zephyr wasn't maxed.

If Nova03 doesn't care anymore, you can both keep your current accounts as is and I can remove both neg feedbacks. You can also trade back if you want, but we don't provide MM services for that.

Let me know what you guys want to do.
