hello,
this guy lovetodie96 left a negative feedback after 1 month of buying a league account in that month I got my cookies hacked so I though they took the account but I was sure that I deleted all the riotgames emails after a few days on giving all the recipies in the dms + the original email (can provide screenshots). If rly the account got stolen by my fault I'm ready to refund him when I get the money if it's not my fault I will not I'm sry, the problem he does not answer and now I want to sell my genshin account and some ppl don't trust becouse of that feedback.
what can we do pls ?

  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

Such as photos that will prove the feedback is fake. If you can not prove the feedback is fake then it will remain.

You can also help the buyer regain access to the account by working with them.

You stated that you got the account hacked, this feedback is not false. You will need to resolve the situation with the member before the feedback is changed.
