Negative Credits Issue

Hoping to have my negative credit/warning reversed. I was punished for posting in a general form before the specific game thread was created. This was a while ago and I didn't mind until I considered purchasing credits.

I can see you were warned 2x times. 1x time for posting in the wrong forum and the second time for not following our thread guidelines. Since an Administrator issued those warnings, we cannot revert or delete those warnings. The negative credits have been there for over a year.

Some time ago we had a problem with members ignoring warnings. Some did not take them seriously enough, so 3-4 years ago we added a credit penalty fee to each warning which is -25 credits.

125 credits = $1.00 USD

This additional penalty fee helped to make warnings a more serious violation.

If you believe the warning was incorrect you can appeal it by opening a support ticket using our contact link in the footer. If it was given incorrectly the warning will be removed and credits added back. However we do not re-review warning after 30 days, so they should be reported soon after receiving it.
