A person left me a negative review. Yes, I did not finish his order, we raised 6 levels and after which I returned him the full amount of money he paid me and asked for an apology. A few days later, I received a negative review for this. I don't think it's fair, I didn't deceive anyone. I believe that the review should be corrected to neutral.
