Let me explain this situation again,
The Buyer came to me on 22nd December and bought a game account for 12 and returned on 11th January to bought 3 others account for $48 and I did him a discount so it was only $40 left.
The deal was authorized at almost 1 am in the morning and the buyer clearly saw that the message “Account info will be sent here within 30 mins to maximum 12 hours depend on Time Zone Differences & Order Queue”.
The point is, this is not the first time, but the 2nd time he bought from me so he must clearly understand the rule because I always show my customers that message on every single deal .And if you check on every thread of my store, you can also find that rule.
Even knowing that, within only 3 hours, that means a quarter of 12 hours, at 4 am in the morning, he threatened to charged back me. Not this $48 deal only, which I gave him discounted to $40, but also on the $12 deal a month ago. Base on my experience, every time a buyer threatened a seller, 90% of the time the buyer will charge back not one, but every single transaction in the past. How did I know? I went through that experiences 11 times on this career myself.
So the only viable options are, either you take the risk to continue this transaction which 90% you will lose your money and feel like a fool at the end or you can refund him and end the deal here. I did a boon for him, by discounted the price. And he didn’t even thank me, instead, I was threatened.
If the deadline timers were over 12 hours mark, it is fully my responsibility to compensate for him, etc… But again, the only ¼ of the time passed, 4 am in the morning, and with 10+ orders in queue. He threatens to charge back on me. And I have already told him to wait for 12 hours, so I don’t have any obligation to reply to him, or anyone within that span of time because it’s stated clearly on my service.
I can't be responsible for Buyers' unreasonable demands. I didn't break my Term of Service. In fact, on my own website Term of Service, it was already stated. There was no issue in the first place to resolve. How can this be a resolve case where there was no problem on my side to begin with . It was the buyer who impatient and require unreasonable demands with threatening manner towards me.
How do I know when will he wake up that he can charge back on me? Is it within the delivery time or after the delivery time?
