Feedback Remove Request. Threaten to chargeback even deal on going.

Hello,
Buyer was threaten to charge back even the deal still on going. Buyer was already a buyer in the past . Most of these case will be potentially a scam if buyer file a complain via Paypal. It was clearly posted on my threads and in chat that order are subject to delivery within 12 hours mark. All threatens are mostly went to charge back later on .
I would like to remove both Positive and Negative Feedback from this Buyer.

i feel like what I did was right it took 4 hours for even a reply and it took a hour last time people has to know how long it takes you can’t have just good reviews I feel like people has to know how long it takes

Account delivery time is depend on time zone and order queue, there are order queue up to 20+ Orders. You can clearly see it's 12:50 am in my time zone and I'm replying at 4:31 am is non-human because I cant sleep that night. What you did is Feedback Extortion. You are threatening sellers when a deal is on going that they haven't a chance to complete and demands on your will.
It's clearly state that I will send account info from 15 min to maximum 12 hours. By the time you wake up could be less than 12 hours and you claim will commit fraud by charging back. Taking an example Ebay seller delivery an item from 1~ 7 days. You threaten them for negative feedback if they can't delivery in 1~3 days. If the delivery failed by 12 hours, I will subject to refund you or any compensations. The threatening is always ended up badly if not worst.

I didn't include I giving you 20% discount on my products as you continue buying. I'm not sure what's wrong with you.

I feel neutral is better for this case, the issue was resolved, although there was a slight delay.
