Need to change a review: from 3 stars to 5 Stars

I have already made a post in this thread but the review I asked for didn't get change as it needed.

Sorry If I am posting another time but I need this review changed from 3 stars to 5 stars.

We dont change negative feedback to neutral unless it was a mistake or a transaction didnt occur, it was changed from negative to neutral.

I completely understand your terms, it's right... it's just that It's the only way I can get a full refund as we agreed with skyisthelimit.

Can't we leave the text as it is right now and just change the rating?

I understand your position, it was a negative review and it shouldn't get changed to positive... is there a way we can get around this?

Can't we change the review to positive because he give me a full refund - and explaning it in the text?


"I got problems with monetization in augh 5th 2019. I got my 2nd account replaced but it was still unmonetized after delivery.

I struggled/waited for the verification process for 5-6 months but it got rejected by youtube.
