I am yet to get reply about his order id and how it isprogressing. I guess it should have been done but it has been almost a week since i last msged him. Order was slow, but these things happen due to booster having real life emergency and had to be switched (staff did best they could to assign him new booster, and he confirmed in his thread that he is happy with how things were progressing with the new guy). That, paired with the long queue hours on his server as reported by his boosters contributed to the slower delivery than advertised. I realize it was a bad service on our side, but besides the slower than advertised delivery there was no ill will on our end or any purpose of doing anything against his requests. He left really bad review including false advertising which is serious accusation. I believe that misstiming a service in no way fals under false advertising, especially when the calcualtor on our page says "x days estimate", meaning in no way it is to be taken to the letter and there should always be some room for error.

I'd say most of the orders are either done ahead or slightly beyond schedule, big orders are rarely done in the exact amount of time specified. Again, i awknoledge our underperfomance here, but if it can be changed from negative to neutral that would be really apreciated. I offered him 20% discount code if he plans to use us again, and not just for wow, he can do it in any game he wants, i dont know what else to do. We bust our asses off trying to work in every major game release, throw us some bone here epicnpc tt :sick: sometimes things slip our hands...

Sorry, but theres no real reason for us to remove it. A customer was not happy with the service. You can try to compensate them in some way so it can be changed to neutral, but they would have to agree to change it.
