Need help was scammed.

I just sold my mage for $150 USD through paypal.. The guy seemed legit and everything. He paid me upfront, I gave him all info:
Name
Username
Pass
SQA

and he changed email, but I have his new email address he changed it to.

Well today I work up and found he filed for a chargeback and he got the $150 back. Is there anything I can do to get me account back now that he has the name on it? I didnt give CDkeys or anything, but I have them.

did you give him your first and last name?
contact blizzard via the phone support and recall your account. chances are that he will recall it back. if he does, return the favor.

rinse and repeat until the account becomes LOCKED, yes, locked pending a notarized identification fax in. seeing you are the original owner, this should be no problem, though it does cost 50USD to get your account notarized.

after waiting say a week, send in the notarized ID to blizzard, get the account unlocked.

if you really want to be safe, open another TBC enabled account with a matching last name and transfer the character to it. then have the original scammed account banned (see my guide before, prevent unauthorized xfer recall).
