I got scammed a while ago without knowing and got back from holidays and wondering when calling blizz do they need 1st and last name for battle net or original wow account also same with SQ/A

they're gonna ask you for the 1st and last name on the original wow account as well as sqa on the original wow account.

make up a story like, i came back from holidays & someone has taken my account from my possession. and merging with b.net is the most common form of hacking/scamming, they know that.

my current world of warcraft account was scammed from me the same way. i called up got everything recovered. everythings cool. dont mention that you were trading thats all

U don't know the name on the WoW? If you do, you can send in your I.D and get it back. If the scammer doesn;t know your SQA to battle.net then he cant change email and u can try recall the battle.net account
