NEed help dealing with a situation.

I traded a account i paid for to Robbiiezthegreat (aim) Robbie is his mmobay i believe. He told me who the OO was and the OO had rep and his aim name that he used to make the aim matched. SO i did the trade.. have done alot of work to the account and gotten bored with it. I spoke to robbie about possibly trading back since he was looking for a DK account. Robbie has said he will think about it and has been on the dk since i've geared him alot in pvp and pve. Today I go looking around and see the OO of this account shivashiva1988 (aim) was banned. Now I'm not feeling very comfortable about this whole ordeal. I can't trade it now because there is a chance it will get recalled. I dont' want to add GT and keep working on it for that fear as well. ANY help or ideas would be VERY much appreciated.!!

shivashiva1988 was banned for continuing to register new accounts, not for any scams. It can be argued the only reason to make multiple accounts is either to give yourself feedback or to scam, however no shivashiva1988 were made against him as far as I remember. So your account should be safe. But I suggest adding an authenticator to it just in case.
