My Paypal selling process - what can be improved?

Hello markees, I've developed a PP selling process mainly for selling virtual currencies and accounts (mostly virtual currencies for now). But as you can see I'm pretty much a newbie to this business. I 'm worried that some of the steps can be a hassle and not necessary, but at the same time some critical steps could be left out hence I won't be able to detect a potential scammer. So I'll post the entire process here, I'll be very thankful if u can spare 10 min to read it and give me suggestions.

----------------------------------------------------------
I'll only accept payment from verified PP account, and it has to be bank or balance funds, not credit card.

If possible I prefer to trade with main characters when selling currencies, not a level one just created a min ago.

Buyers have to send $0.01 to my Paypal account for verification, and I'll also call their landline phone where their Paypal account address is. This should rule out most of unauthorized payment claims.

I’ll send a email which contains the details of this trade to the buyer's PP account email address. Buyer replies it to confirm.

I'll send a PP invoice for stating (for example) "intangible goods - wow gold, not delivered" to buyer. Buyer pays the invoice, I accept it. Then buyer opens an "unauthorized payment claim" and close it. Finally I'll make the delivery.
----------------------------------------------------------

This is the whole process, What do u guys think about it? and what changes can be made to make it good for biz but still be able to avoid the majority of scammers?

Thanks.

The last time that I opened and closed a payment claim, PayPal froze my money and limited the account of the seller. I'm not sure how often that it happens, but I've been reading about other people having the same problem.

Ideally, this is a very great way to avoid scammers using a stolen paypal account. However, I would just recommend to simply ask for the buyer's phone number, confirming everything (make sure the name on his paypal account matches the name attached to the phone number he gave you, etc.)

I always wonder about the whole land line thing, because I don't have a home phone just a cell phone. I live far enough out in the country that my number would be long distance for my friends and my work to call me, so a cell phone works better.

So how could you verify someone who doesn't have a land line phone? I've had sellars call to confirm my info before, it being a cell phone number wasn't a problem. But I've seen post about some sellars wanting to call a land line number so I don't even try to waste anyones' time by conatcting them if it has to be a land line.
