My account has been linked to another account "multiple accounts"

Basically, this guy and I used to work together, and there was a time when we logged in using the same internet connection. However, we have not worked together since the beginning of this year.

I do not own that account, and I do not understand why I have been linked to his account. I also do not want him to use my name in connection with his activities.

If the account “kidsea1234” or any accounts linked to it engage in suspicious transactions, what can I do to make sure that I am not held responsible or liable for those activities?

Would a period of time like that be too long? I happened to find out that he has been using my name and reputation to buy and sell services here and on other platforms. I have never given him permission to do this, and I have never been involved in or connected to any of those transactions.

He used to work for me, but he is no longer part of my team because of some personal disputes between us earlier this year.

If he intentionally tries to damage my business or makes any “dishonest” transactions on this platform or anywhere else that directly affect my business, especially this account, how can I protect myself and make sure I am not held responsible for his actions?

And actually, I asked about this about a year ago, asking how to remove this account from the multiple accounts. However, the answer I received was something like, “It is not possible to remove an account from multiple accounts.” That topic has since been removed, so I hope you can check it again

We required the links to remain for 1 year so we can monitor things. If after a year there are no reported problems and we see no account or data sharing, we can then unlink those accounts.

I can provide evidence privately regarding the dispute and the fact that we stopped working together.

I believe that since the date the accounts were linked, which was the day we made a single transaction together, we have not shared any accounts or data on EpicNPC.

I did create a thread asking for help with this issue, but it seems to have been deleted (I believe at my request). The answer I received at that time was something like “Multiple accounts cannot be unlinked.” If you are able to check the deleted thread, that would be great, but if not, I understand.

The main thing I want to know is that we had a conflict and stopped working together at the beginning of this year. If he intentionally tries to harm or sabotage me, how can I protect my EpicNPC account?

Will warnings like the one shown in the image be effective in absolving me of liability later on?

Just to protect myself in case he intentionally tries to harm me in the future (which I am sure he will), if I do not know clearly about this now, it could put me at a serious disadvantage if there are any reports or complaints against him later. It would also be very unfair if I were somehow involved in those reports or complaints.

Yes, you're still responsible for anything your linked account does while linked. This is the main reason for the linking system. We want to keep members responsible for what their partners or friends do.

However we would still investigate and if we determine he "did it on purpose to hurt you" we would take that into account.
