EpicNPC is always looking to make improvements to increase members safety, so I'm happy to announce the launch of our Multiple Account log for member profiles.
New features:
Members can now see how many accounts another user has, the usernames of those accounts and what usergroup their in. This will help in stopping scams from members that constantly are trying to create new accounts. Only new alerts will be added to the log page, not old alerts.
While we receive alerts many times, there is usually a delay from when a new account is created to when we ban them. This way members will easily be able to see if a new members has previously registered and what the status of that old accounts is.
Currently there is one known bug with the URL for the counter, but that will be fixed shortly. If you happen to find any other issues, please post here.
New features:
- New Mulitple Account tab on users profile page (admins, all mods and Premium Pro Sellers excluded)
- Premium Pro Sellers are allowed 2 extra accounts which is why they're also excluded
- The page will display usernames and usergroups (closed, banned, Verified, etc)
- New Multiple Account counter in profile area on posts
- URL currently doesn't link to the correct page. It worked on our test site, but not here. It'll be fixed soon
