Describe the problem: I bought boost from @Monotox and all was good until his account got banned and then he said he will replay. I have been asking him to play for days but he always says can't. I tell him now I can only play weekends so he says no problem. Now it is weekend and he has not played with me. I want refund now, I don't want my elo back anymore. He doesn't communicate well so I just want refund and I don't have to deal with him anymore. Also, he has no logic lol check screenshots below.
