Other details / notes: Filed a claim with Paypal (who didn't help as per usual) and threatened the scammer with an IC3 file but they still refused to refund my money. At first i think I had them a bit scared so they sent a fake code and tried to cover this on me and make me look like a scammer but eventually he realized that he didn't face any consequences because he doesn't live within the US and started to troll.
-Also seems that another person was scammed for the same offer on july first according to reviews-
