Not sure what happened, but I've paid with paypal (got the receipt) but the next link which I assume is where I enter my number keeps redirecting me back to the paypal page :X

After you make payment on Paypal, there is a link that takes you back to MMOBay. On that page you verify your phone number and then complete the process on the next page.

I already refunded you the Paypal payment yesterday, so you just need to fill out the form again.
