Some of the things we have to deal with.....we try to provide a professional, safe, and fluid atmosphere to customers but sometimes they take the services for granted.

When I MM, I never use any sort of IM program whatsoever regardless of convenience. Strictly PMs only was my method with a reference thread for feedback.
In the ~1k accounts that went through me, not one had any issues similar to this haha.

Next time the 4th person is going to be a lawyer witnessing the sale/purchase

There is something wrong with them trying to come into a chat over a deal.

Having a finance manager in life has nothing to do with wanting him to be involved in a transaction over a few hundred dollars.

Also : giant surprise you two "see no problem".

Edit : My point stands : I want no one else in a chat but the buyer/seller.

Being fiscally responsible is a good thing in life. But this person has no business being in the chat.
